Placement and Recruitment

St. Lourdes College of Nursing offers free placement services to all our graduating nursing students. The placement process begins as soon as students enter their final year of nursing. The tentative placement confirmation period typically falls in the months of July, August, and September, before students officially graduate and leave our college.

The placement cell at St. Lourdes College of Nursing was established with the goal of providing the best career opportunities for our nursing students. We coordinate interviews with various recruiters both in and around Bangalore and across major cities in India. Reputed and well-established hospitals visit our college each year, typically in June or July. The placement cell organizes both on-campus and off-campus interviews, as well as seminars and workshops aimed at helping students succeed as professionals.

With dedication, a positive attitude, and wholehearted involvement, our mission is to achieve 100% placement for our students. The Placement Cell organizes and coordinates various programs designed to help students meet industry expectations, ultimately bringing honor to the institution.

Policies

  • Only students in their final year are eligible for campus placements.
  • Students focused on higher education are not eligible for placements.
  • The college offers one placement opportunity per student; once a student is placed with any company, they are not allowed to attend additional campus recruitment drives.
  • All students must undergo pre-placement training before participating in campus recruitment.
  • Students are expected to adhere to all rules and regulations throughout the placement process.
